We have a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Plant City, FL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Know and understand what we are selling.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily supply and demand, balancing inventory levels and customer needs effectively.
- Analyze market and industry trends to make informed sales decisions and optimize opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team members to forecast pricing and demand on all commodities for upcoming days, weeks, and months.
- Partner with internal departments including, Supply, Quality Control, Logistics, and Grower Relations, to fulfill customer requirements.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Communicate service challenges tactfully and promptly with all relevant stakeholders.
- Travel as needed to industry events, customer meetings and farming operations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Wish Farms' core values of quality, integrity, and responsiveness in all aspects of the role.
- Assistance with other sales related tasks as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in professional or personal sales and/or negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in the produce industry highly preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Displays a winning attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- High degree of self-structure with the ability to perform successfully under minimal supervision.
- Possess a high level of analytical reasoning with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Consistently maintain a high level of responsiveness in all communications.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
