Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team! This person will be responsible for managing relationships with our affiliate agency partner, upkeep of our integrations with Impact and Appsflyer, generating promotions, and working with our marketing and PR teams to support new partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with our external affiliate agency, Wish’s Product Marketing, and has a passion for building a strong affiliate network with growth objectives
• Managing external agency partners, including regular check-ins on performance, execution changes, and sourcing new opportunities
• Drive strategy for the Affiliates program, with meticulous attention to detail and innovative thinking, to meet both short-term and long-term acquisition goals and drive impact for the business
• Proactively bring new ideas to improve performance across Affiliates and all Growth marketing channels
• Budget planning & forecasting
• Program analysis & reporting
  • Review paid placements performance and determine results
  • Publisher performance analysis
  • Category analysis
  • Customer type analysis
  • Device type analysis
• Project management
• Partner optimization
  • Review partner rate cards and make recommendations
• Building presentations in google slides or PowerPoint and presenting to Senior Management
• Calculating Incrementality (eg a/b testing)
• Ad-hoc analysis
• Grow GMV and acquire new customers in non-US countries
• Partner recruitment
  • Identify and contact potential partners
• Partner approvals
  • Review and approve/decline partner applications
• Partner Optimization
  • Test different commission rates with select partners
• Partner reporting (app install campaigns)
  • Generate and share fraud reports with select partners
• Create and submit marketing collateral requests
• Build tracking links for web and mobile
• Assemble and deploy monthly newsletters
• Transaction inquiry resolution
  • Resolve commission disputes

• 5 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience managing a program with CPC, CPA and CPM-based partners
• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with acquisition KPIs
• Experience with managing and motivating an agency partner
• Previously developed an affiliate strategy and built out forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Analytical thinker with enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
• Passion for challenges and staying up to date on the newest affiliate trends and strategies
• Experience using insights and strategic thinking to influence stakeholders
• Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Impact and Appsflyer
