House Cleaning

Wistar Group is seeking a talented Cleaning Professional/ Property Inspector to add to its team of professional technicians. In addition to property management, we are a licensed general contractor. Our portfolio of over 500 residential properties are located throughout the entire Omaha metro area. We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated abilities in the hospitality field, commercial and/or residential cleaning industry.

Essential Job Duties Include:

• Complete work orders as assigned by management.

• Follow cleaning checklist
• Follow Property Inspection template
• Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires attention or outside expert assistance

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Follow all safety and liability guidelines as outlined

• Assist in other duties as requested by management
• Represent the company in a professional manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Love for cleaning, keen eye for detail and ability to quickly and efficiently complete cleaning jobs to keep pace with the workload

• Ability to execute detailed checklists

• Ability to work well independently and with other team members

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work with computers and smart phone based dispatching

• Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
