As a PPC Specialist, your focus is to manage and optimize paid search in Google and LSA Ads for your accounts. This role requires you to consistently work with the Wit client accounts to ensure we use the best possible techniques to get the best possible results.
Responsibilities
Consistent optimization of your accounts, also looking for opportunities for improvement in all of your assigned accounts.
Verification and consistent checking of all required documentation needed for the account to stay healthy with Google.
Verification that we have correctly selected all necessary boxes and filled in all information that Google requests to continue a healthy campaign.
Daily checks of your assigned accounts for items such as: pacing, activity issues, expiration of CC or any documentation.
Call listening for LSA as well as Callrail if an account is having issues to find out if we can make adjustments on our end to improve performance.
Work with Account Managers to complete any client requests as it relates to paid services.
Ongoing focus on CPL and any drop in volume as well as a focus on spikes in call volume as it may be an indicator that an optimization we did is working well and may translate to other accounts.
Weekly and monthly updates to the Account Managers of performance increases or decreases as well as any optimization or new campaigns that have been built.
Consistently checking to ensure Paid is following the Master Strategy for the client.
Heavy emphasis on accounts that are underperforming to best identify and fix on the issue. This typically starts with call listening then verification of keyword opportunities, schedules, bidding strategies, and any possible revisions.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal applicant for this position should be data-driven, have at least 1-2 years of prior paid search expertise, with a focus on Google Ads, and have a track record of successfully setting up and maintaining several paid search accounts
Google Ads Certification is required
Familiarity with Google Analytics and
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate advertising data into a detailed strategy
Must be comfortable working in Google Sheets with numbers, and analyzing data/trends
Proven experience of managing significant marketing budgets and accountability for meeting revenue targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
