Looking for full and part time staff. Previous experience is not necessary, we're happy to train you.
We 're hiring energetic and positive individuals to join our team to work with Autistic children ages 2-6. We are looking for people who are passionate and excited about helping kids. Our thoughtful approach, friendly staff, ongoing training and fun team dynamics make this an amazing community to be a part of!
Our therapists are the reason behind each of our kid’s success stories. We strive to create a professional and supportive environment. We provide the tools and training needed to make a difference; through mentorship, experiential learning, and encouraging growth and skill development amongst everyone. Many of our therapists view this position as a building block toward their career development. We hire individuals that value the time and attention required to build upon each diverse child’s needs and can appreciate the long-term outcomes of their work.
Our therapists receive extensive hands-on training, and close supervision, and attend monthly workshops all within our clinic. Each child’s therapy plan utilizes highly structured, evidence-based treatment geared toward each child’s specific needs. We use the principles of behavior analysis to help children improve social, play, language, and adaptive skills, while helping to reduce challenging behaviors that may interfere with everyday functioning.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with autistic kids and learn all about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working at Within Reach is also an excellent experience for those pursuing advanced education in psychology, behavior analysis, speech-language pathology, education, and social work.

Requirements:
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Pass a background check.
- Maintain a positive attitude while teaching children life skills that can get messy.
