Job Description:

This project / program manager position will support the launch and execution of Mobile for the Digital channel.

· Manages the development and implementation of projects/programs to meet business process initiatives, process improvement, product launches, other strategies, and objectives.

· The position will be responsible for managing key launch efforts and initiatives.

· The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects at the same time, and has a strong desire to continue learning and growing in the job.

· Supports digital campaigns and product launches, responsible for the creative development and launch of the supporting web assets (website banners, landing pages, etc).

· Partners with Marketing, Creative, Development and Legal teams to manage campaign deadlines and details through entire execution process. Drives collaborative projects to completion and ensures customer experience is aligned across all touch points.

· Assists with creating and maintaining a digital launch calendar and marketing campaigns to drive conversion.

· Reviews website analytics to monitor performance and provide feedback on opportunities to improve future programs.

· Assists with website QA.

· Leads and takes ownership of projects as assigned.

· Analyzes existing project management methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods.

· Conducts risk assessments, facilitates communication across operational groups, and ensures compliance with the defined process and/or implementation.

· Develops detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers.

· Initiates, plans, executes, and controls project efforts.

· Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.

· Develops and executes management plans for time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement, and integration.

· Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.

· Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle.

· Identifies and gains allocation of project team resources.

· Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures.

· Sets and manages client expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes Measures progress toward goals and revises project objectives; documents applying change control procedures.

· Provides recommendations for operational efficiency and process improvements subject to management review in support of change.

· Evaluates the impacts and risks of changes from multiple perspectives, assigns tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations, determines tentative implementation dates, and tracks results of the implementation.

· Develops methods to measure customer satisfaction; obtains feedback at critical milestones and at project completion to ensure that project efforts meeting customer expectations for time, cost, and results.

· Anticipates and identifies tasks required to support change processing including performing change impact analysis, assigning tasks to project team members, verbally communicating complex issues, verifying that task are completed, and communicating implementation status.

· Leads smaller and/or less complex projects under close to moderate supervision.

· Reporting and communications typically occur within the team and direct management.

· Project cycle of typically less than 1 year.

· Actions at this level can cause or prevent delays & cause inefficiencies of a team.

· Projects are typically individual or Intra-organizational (multiple depts); although some smaller corporate projects may affect business unit(s) or entire company.

· Budget management is typically limited to costing

· Leads medium/large and/or moderately complex projects under moderate to minimal supervision.

· Reporting and communications typically occur with team and key stakeholders.

· Planning of resources for tasks, allocation, estimation, & scheduling.

· Project cycle of typically 6-18 months.

· Actions at this level can cause or prevent delays & cause inefficiencies of a team and may cause unnecessary expense affecting operational results.

· Projects typically span across organizations (depts.) but may also directly affect business unit and/or entire company.

· Budget management typically includes costing & tracking of status.

· Manages the most complex, most strategic projects under minimal supervision.

· Reporting and communications typically occur with team, key stakeholders, and senior management.

· Full accountability for planning of resources for tasks, allocation, estimation, scheduling, and risk management.

· At higher levels, may directly manage people.

· Project cycle of typically 1-3 years.

· Actions at this level can cause or prevent delays, inefficiencies or unnecessary expense that measurably affect operational results of a CCI business or the efficiency and effectiveness of a team.

· Projects typically affect business unit(s) and/or entire company.

· Budget management typically includes costing, tracking of status and resolving cost issues.

Typical Training / Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred.

· Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline; some disciplines may only require Associates degree.

· 2-3 years of professional work experience.

· Strong project management skills required

· 1-2 years of experience executing online customer experiences

· Proficient in data analysis with a working knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

· Self-motivated individual who can manage time and tasks effectively with minimal supervision

· Hands-on person who is highly organized, deadline-driven and able to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks

· Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across different teams

· Desire to grow and learn in the digital marketing space

· Fast learner with a strong attention to detail

· Certification is required in some areas.

· Top 5 Must Haves: Project Management, Analytics, Communication, PPT / Excel, Assertive and Organized

Influence/People Leadership:

· Primary input to hiring, performance, and rewards decisions for a group of service, production, or support employees, perhaps assisted by subordinate team leaders or senior individual contributor employees.

· Primary contribution is supervising other people (rather than applying knowledge).

· Supervises support, production, and/or lower-level professional individual contributor employees directly or indirectly.

· Schedules work for optimum efficiency and productivity.

· Provides day-to-day work direction.

· Schedules and approves vacation and overtime.

· May be a project or process manager without direct reports responsible for influencing and coordinating with non-reporting resources.

· Span Of Control/Complexity - Activities may be more diverse and complex and/or may involve more than one shift or area OR may lead larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.

· Decision-Making Authority - In conjunction with higher management, ensures that work is performed consistently with CCI policies and procedures.

· Financial - Contributes to development of an operating plan, budget, and performance goals (revenue and/or expense) for the work group(s) managed and the department of which it is a part; May manage elements/portions of a department or project budget Consequence of Error - Actions at this level can cause or prevent delays, inefficiencies, or unnecessary expenses and affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the people and/or the projects managed.

· Typical Problems Solved - Identification/application of solutions is more likely to be based on similar prior experiences, not on ingenuity; problems are generally clearly defined.

· Core Functions - Assigns and checks work; Provides guidance and training; Provides input to hiring, firing, layoff, promotion, reward, and other decisions; Manages overtime; Focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards, and resolving operational problems and handling disturbances; Manages a small/medium size project team.

· Technical/Admin Work Performed - Almost fully focused on supervising service, production, or support work OR May manage a project or process that is more broadly defined of moderate complexity/scope

Additional Information:

· Needs to be local to Atlanta and must be fully vaccinated.

· Needs to have mobile and digital marketing experience.

· Role is 100% remote but must be local to Atlanta.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
