**Position: Cannabis Brand Ambassador**

At Wizard Trees, we're dedicated to curating exceptional cannabis experiences. As a Cannabis Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting directly with the community, educating enthusiasts, and fostering genuine relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

**Product Expertise:**
- Become a Wizard Trees expert, especially in flower strains and pheno varieties.
- Educate diverse audiences, including budtenders and the public, about the nuances of our products.

**Event Representation:**
- Represent Wizard Trees at a variety of public and private events in dispensaries and lounges.
- Encourage attendees to explore our products responsibly and facilitate engaging tastings.
- Drive sign-ups for exclusive Wizard Trees programs and communities.
- Educate customers and store staff on Wizard Trees products and brand ethos.
- Promote and sell Wizard Trees merchandise during events.

**Merchandising:**
- Ensure our products are showcased impeccably at dispensaries, creating visually appealing displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of display items.
- Monitor inventory of display assets and address any issues promptly.

**Expectations:**
- Engage in 5-10 events weekly, actively interacting with the community to champion Wizard Trees.
- Visit 10 dispensaries each week, ensuring our products are presented professionally.
- Aim to secure at least 5 new sign-ups per event weekly.
- Provide comprehensive reports on merchandising visits and events.

**Requirements:**
- In-depth understanding of cannabis, especially flower strains and pheno varieties.
- Proven reliability, responsiveness, and determination in past roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Collaborative nature and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, and access to personal transportation.

- **Competitive pay: $21.00/hour**.

- Manage social media accounts to create engaging content and interact with followers
- Assist with event marketing initiatives, including setting up booths, distributing promotional materials, and interacting with attendees
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver presentations
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Proficient in data collection and analysis to measure marketing performance
- Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging content

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
