Compensation

Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing flooring products and materials.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and updates.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing warehouse policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but training can be provided.
