Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to the multi-faceted role of Service Clerk and Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will provide administrative support while also managing various truck service related tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to navigate both administrative and service-oriented responsibilities. Position Requirements:
Shop Operations and Technician Support:
-Generate Purchase Orders (PO)
-Create, process, and invoice Repair Orders (RO).
-Oversee warranty processes.
-Ensure accuracy in Work Truck Certification Door tags.
-Run comprehensive reports using Karmak Fusion.
-Create and maintain meticulous Quality Control (QC) sheets.
-Review parts needed for jobs, find solutions, and order parts.
-Manage shop supplies and tools.
-Conduct daily inventory and organize trucks in lot
-Update and manage Technician Training records.
-Review Technician time entries.
-Order Technician supplies and equipment.
Product Knowledge:
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of truck parts, their applications, and compatibility.
-Stay updated on product changes, new releases, and industry trends.
-Be able to provide technical advice and support to customers.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in trucking or automotive
-Prior experience in administrative or service-oriented roles
-Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
-Able to execute in multi-faceted role and short suspense’s.
