POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of calls and route calls to appropriate individual or department.
- Greet and welcome guests and other visitors with a friendly and welcome disposition.
- Monitor and screen office main voicemail.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and shipping tasks.
- Manage the maintenance, follow up and upkeep on all office equipment i.e., repairs, maintenance, replacements, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining office alarm security systems and correspondence with contracted service. Distribute security codes, door keys and training new employees on system when needed.
- Provide general office and clerical support as needed including filing, faxing, and scheduling.
- Maintain, monitor, and adhere to the office budget for office supplies, repair & maintenance, and company sponsored events.
- Will work on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint etc…)
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, and professional journals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
