I. Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager, Growth leads the development of the Bagster and Open Market Residential (OMR) marketing plans consistent with established brand & business unit strategy and ensures their proper execution. The core responsibility is management of all Bagster marketing activities in the U.S. and Canada.
II. Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.- Manages the implementation of Bagster and OMR brand marketing strategy to grow demand and drive sell-through consistent with business goals.
- Provides outstanding support to the Bagster sales, supply-chain, customer service and local market area teams to marketing support the business unit goals.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including, digital and offline paid media, email, social marketing and printed collateral.
- Develops and executes comprehensive cross-channel media plans, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives.
- Works with brand team to ensure creative with the highest level of engagement and builds top of mind brand awareness.
- Architects and maintains brand creative libraries for Bagster & OMR.
- Assists Director with development and management of annual marketing budget.
- Responsible for Bagster/OMR measurement and analytics; managing a data model of historical and future performance to support planning and performance management.
- Monitors media performance to provide business benchmarks, trends, ongoing media optimizations and budget recommendations.
- Supervise preparation of marketing activity reports, finalize the reporting presentations and presents to stakeholders.
- Supports SEO in collaboration with eCommerce teams and executes best practices for improving organic, earned and referral traffic.
- Serves as liaison with agencies on ongoing marketing campaigns. Acts as a Demand Gen lead to media and creative agencies.

IV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in marketing, advertising, journalism, business or related degree; or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Five (5) years of previous Demand Generation experience with a focus on brand marketing and paid media.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Solid knowledge of advertising performance metrics and measurement platforms.
- Expertise in search, performance media and cross channel media planning.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with agency partners.
- Experience with Google Business Profile (former Google My Business).
- Strong understanding of web analytics platforms.
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and comprehensive analyses of program performance.
