Who We're Looking For : We're seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about leadership, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Utilize ShipStation, Shopify, and ERP system to streamline processes and ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to ensure efficient coordination of resources and timely delivery of goods.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

What You Bring to the Table :

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Proficiency in ShipStation, Shopify, and ERP systems (experience with systems such as Extensiv, SAP, or Oracle is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety protocols are desirable.
• Efficient in Excel.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
