About the role
The Sales Recruiter will be an integral member of the WonderX team reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & People Operations. This role will support the full cycle recruiting process for all sales roles across Wonder Works, our B2B vertical. This role will work with the Wonder Works department head to identify talent gaps and define candidate profiles. This requires someone who can translate business needs to candidate capabilities. This role will build an extensive network of talent for short-term and long-term recruitment needs through ongoing relationship management, with both external candidates and internal stakeholders.
In this role you will
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across various levels. This includes sourcing, application screening, phone screening, interviewing, and creating offer letters
- Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Sales candidates to effectively minimize the time required to fill open positions
- Report regularly to stakeholders on pipelines, market trends, and opportunities
- Understand sales industry trends for sourcing talent and execute innovative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale recruiting practices
The experience you have
- 2-5 years of Sales recruitment experience in an extremely fast-paced, B2B environment
- A demonstrated track record of managing the candidate selection process
- Experience understanding the traits, skills, and qualities required of prospective candidates for positions across levels
- Hustle and a bias for action
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience with Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus

Base Salary Range: $105k - $120k
