WonderWorks Destiny is looking for an Administrative Assistant! This position combines sales and operations into one role! The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people whether it’s in the attraction or getting them to the attraction!
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor inbound group inquiries and answer questions
- Assist with outbound sales & marketing projects
- Coordinate group bookings and set up
- Organize and manage promotional items, events, and activities
- Research and gather area information as needed
- Work with the Operations team as needed
- Handle guest relations and problem-solving issues that arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Microsoft office efficiency
- CRM experience a plus
