Why does Providence make sense for you?
Providence, Rhode Island is known as the creative capital of the North East - located an hour from Boston and 3 hours from New York City. Its population is young with 13 colleges and universities in its vicinity, including the Rhode Island School of Design, Brown and Johnson and Wales. It is one of the “foodiest” cities – home to more chefs per capita than any other city. Rhode Island is the Ocean State because of its beautiful vast 400 miles of coastline offering 115 beaches. Newport, Rhode Island is the sailing capital of the world – it was the base to the American’s Cup for decades. The green and blue trails for kayaking and biking and hiking are some of the best in the country. The transformation happening in Rhode Island at this time is enormous.
