Wonolo (Work Now Locally) is disrupting the $140BN temporary staffing industry. Founded in 2014, Wonolo's mission is to help people find consistent work. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter for our Glen Burnie or Laurel Office. This position is responsible for the function of a recruiting center for a busy staffing service. You will be helping in fulfilling the hiring needs of our clients.


We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in the Baltimore area.

What you'll do:
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”


Who you are:
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Comfortable with completing administrative tasks
  • Able to work autonomously, organize and prioritize
  • Bilingual abilities (in Spanish)

Pay range:
  • The expected pay range for this position is $40,000-45,000 per year. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, and years and depth of relevant experience. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Wonolo’s equity plan as well as a range of health and wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
