Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Owner Loyalty Manager to oversee the customer relations within our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform daily follow-up calls with customers
- Interact with customers in-store and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on Nissan CSI requirements to ensure qualifiers are met
- Monitor Nissan CSI scores and report to management
-Function as liaison between customers, Service and Sales departments, and management when needed
-Demonstrate a positive attitude to customers and coworkers, along with a willingness to complete tasks.
Qualifications
-Experience in Customer Relations is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Time management skills and ability to work independently and responsibly
