The selected individual must have the ability and experience to interact with all members of the organization in a confidental manner.

This position requires an individual who is well-organized and able to manage multiple activites and priorities with the ability to remain on task despite interruptions. The selected individual must have the ability and experience to interact with all members of the organization in a confidental manner.
The incumbent will provide coordination and administrative support to offices in mulitiple locations for the North and West Operations Business Unit. The Office Assistant will complete Travel Arrangements, expense reports, maintain spreadsheets, equipment, electronic documents and database managment for the Business Unit, among other tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Significant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, solid experience using Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Excel.
- Ability to extract Excel data and correctly use that data to formulate reports.
- Able to work independently, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Able to troubleshoot basic technology issues.
- Confidentiality is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills with good time management
- Flexibility and willingness to assist where required across the business
- Phone & computer set-up knowledge a plus
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Work independently
- Satisfactory safety record and knowledge of safety rules and practices
