Overview / Responsibilities
This role supports the Global Focal Point Senior Managers with the data integrity for the implementation of people agenda activities in a coordinated fashion across all BUs and Group Functions.
Resonsible for the request, review and accuracy of HR data analytics used for leadership decision making including information used for ELT business reviews such as headcount, turnover, gender and workforce demographics on a quarterly basi; this involves navigating the request and review of HR information and data analytics to give an outcome for presenting and decision-making at President level.
The role acts as an interface between the Global Focal Point Senior HR Managers and the transactional Shared Service Centres (HR and Shared Services) with a continual focus on standardisation and data accuracy to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as a data expert with the ability to select appropriate solutions within a wide range of options, identifying and driving improvements and consistency in support of business goals.
- Carry out detailed, analytical thinking on data received from global shared and professional services, ensuring accuracy before translating to enable decision making.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and robust analysis and recommendations in support of business decisions.
- Provide global solutions, fit for purpose which supports the efficient management of employee data and records, including interpreting conditions, interrogating problems and being the interface to the responsible functions.
- Support corporate and strategic initiatives that pan across Business Units and Group Functions such as, but not limited, to business re-organisation and performance improvements to ensure quality data anlalytics and reporting.
- Assess and advise on improved data use to add efficiencies to overall HR activities providing consultative, problem-solving support for challenging business issues and ensure expert functional support is provided to the business in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Improve reporting capability to analyse and provide predictive reports against accurate HR data
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience of data management, completing and presenting data analytics
- Excellent prioritization skills to work across all Busines Units to achieve the objectives and KPls defined
- Strong rigor and maturity, to stand discussions/escalations with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Agree level qualification in HR or business management preferred but not essential where supported by relevant work experience
Knowledge of:

- Key roles performed in groups/departments served
- Presenting solutions to stakeholders and working in partnership to deliver
