Job Description**
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of millwork projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and expectations.
2. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for millwork projects.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of millwork components.
4. Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.
5. Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation and ensure quality control.
6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
7. Resolve project-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
8. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
9. Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups for millwork components.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications**
1. Proven experience in project management, specifically in millwork or construction projects.
