Job Description

Are you a talented designer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a creative and customer-oriented designer to join our team! As a Designer with Customer Service Functions, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers (Real Estate Proffesionals), creating stunning sketches (mostly in the shape of a key), and providing outstanding support to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in chat-based interactions with customers, actively listening to their needs and preferences
• Create and share captivating sketches that bring our customers' visions to life, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Re-tracing customer Logo's, when needed
• Address all customer inquiries and frequently asked questions (FAQs) promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with our team to design new and innovative products, contributing your unique artistic perspective.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring all interactions are friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Create new products

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a demonstrated ability to create visually stunning designs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional support.
• Creativity and a strong understanding of design principles, enabling you to produce unique and captivating sketches.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and meeting project deadlines.
