Windsor Windows and Door Division manufactures high-end residential window and door systems to the building industry nationwide. We have manufacturing plants in Des Moines, IA and Monroe, NC.

You are more than a driver at Woodgrain, you are the Ambassadors of our Brand and are respected as such. Our customers get to know you by name. You have a helpful spirit and will "light assist" during deliveries as needed. We have very little turnover and looking to the right candidates to add to our growing team.
Our Des Moines location covers most of the US West of the Mississippi and we work hard to build routes that fits your needs and home time requirements. We have long haul and regional routes available. ALL drivers are home every week and some several times during the week.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class A CDL required
- 2-years verifiable interstate tractor trailer commercial driving experience within the last (3) years
- No Driving Under the Influence (DUI) violations
- No Reckless driving; including but not limited to speeding 15 MPH and/or leaving the scene of an accident in the past (3) years
- No more than (2) moving violations within the past (3) years
- No at-fault DOT recordable accidents in the past (3) years
- Operates tractor/trailer in accordance with Company Policies, DOT Guidelines, and traffic laws.
- Conducts and documents pre- and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer.
- Responsible for securing cargo on trailer.
- Makes product deliveries according to proper route and schedule as indicated on the manifest.
- Light assist is required in the unloading process.
- Obtains customer signatures on proof of delivery and submits to the dispatcher as required.
- Clean and sweep truck and trailer as needed.
- Operate and maintain a 'Mobile Electronic Onboard Recording' device.
- Report truck, trailer, equipment, and material problems and/or damage, accidents, and traffic violations promptly to Woodgrain.
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
- Attends departmental staff and safety meetings as required.
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear
- Occasionally lift or move up to 100lbs
