Schedule Hiring For:

Salary: $18 to $20 an hour
Woodhaven Treatment Center, a leader in voluntary adult alcohol and drug treatment services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions and support the Human Resources Department's operations. We are looking for a high-energy, employee-focused individual who is adaptable—adaptability is the key skill we are seeking for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Employee Data Management: Help manage and report on employee data.
- Training Coordination: Assist with coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for benefits administration.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Compliance Support: Support compliance and documentation efforts.
- Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Previous experience (internships, part-time, or full-time) in an HR or Admin role preferred but not required
- Skills:
