What We Are Looking For:
Woodland Heights Medical Center Emergency Room is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to work in our thriving 149-bed acute care hospital. Our Emergency Department has 9 ER rooms and 4 Fast Track rooms, focused on providing a high level of direct and individualized care to treat critically ill patients with a variety of life-threatening medical, cardiovascular, neurological, and surgical needs.

Which Qualifications Do You Need? In order to set you up for success, you need the basics of…
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing/ Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- Also you must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- 2 years experience in an ER preferred (MED/SURG experience will be considered)
Department Specifics:
- Shift Schedule: PRN (Days/Nights)
- 4:1 patient to RN ratio
- Stroke, Chest Pain, Level IV Trauma Certified
- Roughly 25,000 patients a year seen in our ED
