Woodruff Sawyer’s Construction and Real Estate Practice is seeking a driven, collaborative and dynamic Account Coordinator. The individual will provide support to Surety Account Managers and Account Executives with the goal of servicing the surety needs of our construction and commercial surety accounts. Based in our Honolulu office, the selected candidate will join an office that was recently chosen as one of the Best Places to Work. Responsibilities will include securing underwriting information, issuing bid and final bonds, and preparing pre-qualification letters. The Account Coordinator will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other practices at Woodruff-Sawyer, including Accounting, IT and P&C.
The individual will participate in in-depth Surety trainings, including online courses, reviews of internal guidelines and procedures, as well as gain practical experience under the supervision of the Surety Account Managers.
