Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Cuisine to collaborate with the Exec Chef join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in the food industry. Creativity is highly encouraged. You will be given a Creative License to develop and build your Culinary Skills.

Premiere Industry Benefits with up to 30 Days off with Full pay, 2 annual bonuses, Healthcare, 401/K and 2 employee party's a year.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Exec Chef all kitchen operations and staff to ensure a high-quality dining experience
- Create and execute innovative menus that meet customer preferences, Maintaining the traditional menu Items, and budget requirements
- - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- - Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
