**Overview:**
Do you like the show, "The Office"? Have you ever thought about, or been in, "the paper business"? It really is all about building relationships, and we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, leadership, and account administration. He/She will also be proficient in spreadsheet solutions and essential business software support systems like Microsoft, Lynox, and other business suites.
**Duties:**
- Actively sell branded and off brand paper & paper products to businesses and consumers
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and achieve sales goals
- Manage and motivate a small support team
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and outside sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce
- Experienced Software Analytics
- Social and other Media platform solicitation experience
