WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our employee benefits company / carrier clients in Group Health – Employee Benefits – Disability Claims Adjuster or Examiner positions. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for inputting new claims, processing payments, conducting billing research and responding to telephone inquiries.
• Prepares daily reports for claims management team.
• Disability Claim & Absence Management (Leave) experience required.
• Short-term disability claims experience preferred.
• Life Claims experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills (ability to manage time and prioritize work).
• Empathetic personality due to nature of claims.
• Ability to use MS Office products and to learn new claims systems.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

TO BECOME A WORK AT HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• At least 15 most current years of group health and employee benefits experience
• Experience working directly for a health insurance carrier
