Work-Force Solutions, Inc. is looking to fill Powder coat positions at a local aluminum foundry in Entiat, WA.
Job duties include:
· Apply powder coat to castings to achieve painted finish to customer specifications;
· Maintain spray guns and powder coat equipment;
· Perform chemical testing of pre-wash chemicals to ensure acceptable processing levels;
· Prepare castings for powder coating by racking parts to procedures;
· Prepare castings for shipment by assembling and packaging to procedures;
· Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations;
· Maintain 5S housekeeping standards within Powder Coat area;
· Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer’s instructions, by troubleshooting malfunctions and by calling for repairs.
Job Qualifications:
- Willing to wear a respirator suit and a full-face respirator for majority of shift;
- Ability to walk, stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle and feel objects, tools, or controls;
- Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
- Constant walking, standing, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting, kneeling, bending, stooping, and moving during working hours.
- High School diploma or equivalent
Hours:
- 4am-2:30pm Mon-Thurs
Pay: $15/hour
