WORK Inc’s is seeking part-time and full-time LPN and RN candidates to provide nursing case management in its locations that support individuals with intellectual disabilities. Duties Include: Nurse case management, collateral communication with caregivers, conducting Map audits, medication administration, staff training, discharge planning, nursing assessments. Duties vary based on assigned site.
