What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Work Now Staffing?

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire for Machine Operator for our St. Charles client.

Pay: $14.00

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00am - 2:30pm for first 1-2 weeks while training. Schedule becomes 2nd Shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Details:
  • Follows established coating pretreatment procedures
  • Measures basic tool specs such as diameter, flute length and overall length
  • Load and unload completed carousel from coating machine
  • Operate coating machine
  • Perform routine general cleaning of equipment and coating room
  • Enter data into system/spreadsheets
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by leadership
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Communication skills - to convey information effectively
  • Basic Microsoft Excel - to log simple coating data
  • Lift 50 lbs. trays of tools on and off cart
