The Role
The Accounting Clerk will help our team grow our accounting department by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounts receivable duties. The ideal person would have experience with Quickbooks and experience with accounting or bookkeeping

Responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Resolve issues regarding delinquent accounts
- Reconcile transactions against financial statements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements for our next Accounts Receivable Specialist
- 1 to 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Bilingual preferred but not a must.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
- Compensation based on experience.
- Pay $11-13 an hour
