Responsibilities of our next Dispatcher:
- Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday (Occasionally different hours and Saturdays)
·Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
·Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
·Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
·Record and report the service calls.
·Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
·Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
·You will need to master call templates to sound professional when speaking with our customers.
·Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
·Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and present opportunities.
·Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
·Identify and resolve customer issues.
·Partner with teammates and maintain communication with managers and other departments.
·Monitor company email, voice mail, messaging, and other media to deliver timely responses.
·Participate with Company administrative tasks as operational needs require.
Requirements for our next Dispatcher:
- 1 year of Dispatching experience preferred
- Residential home service experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
- Ability to show empathy and be a people person
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for problem resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
- Excellent ability to multi-task
