Qualifications :
- Perform manual assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards; report any defects to supervisors.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines; identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that arise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately.
- Conduct routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools; report malfunctions as needed.
- Complete required paperwork, including production reports, quality control logs, and inventory records accurately.
Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred, but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
