1 st shift Industrial Welder Fabricator , $ 21-25 / hr Grand Ledge, Mi
Preferred Qualifications :
- Must know how to read blueprints
- 3 years experience in industrial welding
- Must know welding symbols
- Implement fixes in best practice
- Must wear all proper PPE throughout the shift
Preferred Skills :
- Accurately select the type of welding equipment and consumable rod required to conform to the metal characteristics of the components to be welded
- Correctly determine material setups, welding positions, and the specs involved
- Determines the most appropriate gas and orifice to obtain proper welds and maximum strength
- Routinely practices safety necessary for themselves and all other employees
