Workers' Compensation North Jersey Partner/Manager
A growing, friendly, worker’s compensation firm in center city Philadelphia is looking to add a North Jersey Partner/Manager for our New Jersey clients. Our successful growth in part, can be attributed to exceptional client service and the ideal candidate will be motivated to continually exceed client expectations.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling NJ workers' compensation and have experience managing other attorneys and their cases or be at a point in their professional development where their skills, experience, and goals are to manage others, as a next step in their career development. The North Jersey Partner/Manager will have their own caseload in addition to their managing duties and must be New Jersey barred. Portable book of business is a plus. PA experience is a plus.
Compensation will depend on experience but is extremely competitive. Additionally, there are guaranteed bonuses based on making hourly goals and discretionary bonuses for hardworking team members who exceed expectations.
