Overview
Workforce Logiq by PRO Unlimited is currently seeking a Talent Configuration Analyst for a 4 Month assignment for a top client, remote working EST business hours. The Talent Configuration Analyst helps with the management and configuration of talent, performance, and development solutions in human capital management (HCM) and learning management (LMS) systems.
Possibility to extend into 2023 based on dept and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provides enterprise tier 3 support to multiple operating divisions and talent partners.
- Performs unit and regression testing on new functionality.
Job Competencies:
- Superb interpersonal skills and ability to connect easily with others.
- Strong analytical skills to understand data relationships and interconnectivity with talent, performance and development configurations.
- Excellent people and written/verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Workday Talent & Performance Administration: 3 years (required).
- Workday Learning Administration: 1 year (preferred).
- SumTotal LMS Administration (SaaS): 3 years (required).
- SumTotal Advanced Reporting: 1 years (required).
- Knowledge in AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
- Ability to be flexible and respond to varied demands.
