A Local company is looking for Team Leads for their 2nd shift
4:30pm - 3am Monday - Thursday with possible Overtime on Friday
Position Summary:
- Lead employees in proper procedures on a production line
- Goal driven
- Train employees in proper procedures
- Produce quantities needed on bill of material
- Follow guidelines to produce 1st quality product
- Follow policies provided by company standards
- Complete proper documentation for completed pallets produced on your assigned line
- Ensure 1st quality is being produced in assigned area
- Complete documentation for production of assigned line
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for producing proper quantities required per customer
- Responsible for following policies
- Responsible for employees assigned to line
- Responsible for producing 1st quality product
- Responsible for shipping quantities required per bill of material
- Maintain and keep area clean and free of debris.
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Will be responsible to carry out production
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to stand all day and lift heavy material.
- Will be lifting 10-50lbs on occasion
- Ability to handle multiple work assignments
