Position Description:
Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for monitoring production operations 24/7, focusing on safely moving oil, gas, and water to market at established rates. The position will serve as liaison between production operations, transporters, midstream partners, marketing, and lease operations during upset conditions and throughout each day to ensure production targets are being achieved. This position will also serve to dispatch resources whether internal or external to address upset conditions in the field and lead efforts to bring production online after outages. Additionally, this position will be responsible for tracking down time in the field and hauling operations throughout each day and reporting the results at the end of each shift.
- Act as liaison between Company and oil/water haulers to ensure product is being safely, economically, and accurately hauled each day.
- Monitor production of oil, gas, and water at production facilities and into and through gathering systems, up to the point of custody transfer.
- Serve as central communication point between marketing, transporters, midstream partners, and lease operators relative to overall production status at any given time and especially during upset conditions.
- Perform first report of incident reports when safety or environmental issues occur with our transporters.
- Track down time of wells, gathering facilities, plants, and sales points.
- Development of procedures to guide response to upset conditions including communication protocols and order of operations for shutting in volumes or bringing volumes back online.
- Monitor, track, and respond to alarms received throughout each shift.
- Mentor and train level I coordinators.
- Development of alarm management procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma is required.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required or associate degree in technical field.
- 2 years related work experience.
- Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications.
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
- Able to effectively abide company policies, procedures, and technology.
- Able to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.

- Advanced knowledge of surface processing of oil, gas and water processing at upstream oil and gas facilities.
- Advanced knowledge of gathering and transportation systems used to move oil, gas and water to market.
- Advanced knowledge of how oil, gas and water is remotely tracked and how safety systems on location work.
- Advanced understanding of the applications used to collect, store, track and validate produced oil, gas, and water.
- Ability to analyze oil, gas and water production real time and clearly and effectively communicate with others about overall status of operations at any given time.
- Ability to work with marketing, vendors, midstream partners, and lease operators to resolve upset production conditions.
- Ability to track production volumes from well pad to final sales point and ensure production targets are being met.
- Ability to accurately analyze and track well, plant compression, and sales tap downtime.
- Ability to work closely with a team and perform shift work.
- Ability to create standard operating procedures and communication protocols to guide response to outages and returning the field to normal operation.
- Advanced understanding of the field layout, gathering system pipelines and compression, plant operation, and sales taps.
Position Details:
Location: Louisville, OH
Hitch: 7/7 Nights 12 Hours 5PM-5AM Remote
Pay Rate: $26 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
