Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead, will be responsible for the entire recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments and reference/background checks for technical, operational, and management positions throughout the company. Responsible for leading the staffing efforts and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's growth. Collaborating with various hiring managers to fill open positions for their teams and be the expert in candidate review and selection.
