Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Lead,  will be responsible for the entire recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments and reference/background checks for technical, operational, and management positions throughout the company. Responsible for leading the staffing efforts and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's growth.  Collaborating with various hiring managers to fill open positions for their teams and be the expert in candidate review and selection. 

About You

  • Minimum two years of full life-cycle recruiting experience 
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
  • Experience with BambooHR or ADP
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities 
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience with digital marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, marketing, or business administration preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as direct outreach, employee referrals, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Screens resumes, conducts candidates interviews, schedules interviews, administers appropriate assessments and conducts reference/background checking
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with hiring managers to ensure candidate aligns with qualifications to achieve staffing goals 
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting process
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting/hiring/retention process
  • Manages current candidate activity and notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
  • Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9
