Bank Operations Manager

We are looking for a Branch Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Supervise the retail operations staff by providing day-to-day coaching, conducting periodic verbal reviews and annual performance evaluations to ensure continued career growth
• Review and approve large transactions, securing proper authority from Sr. Management for those over individual authorized limits.
• Responsible for contributing to the overall profitability of the bank by providing excellent customer service, maintaining existing customer base, identifying new business/client relationship opportunities, identifying, developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiencies, mitigating controllable operations losses and by controlling office expenses

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• 5 - 10 years of related banking experience with minimum two years (5 yrs.) leadership/ supervisory responsibility
• College Degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and sensitivity to cultural diversity.

Pay Rate Range : $60,000- $95,000 a year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
