We are looking for an Accounting Clerk responsible for specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Performing basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable and receivable and reconciliation functions.
Answering customer inquiries. Researching problems and or complaints.
Creating and editing spreadsheets.
Understanding of general accounting principles.
Under direct supervision, performing entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Verifying, sorting, posting, and checking claims, bills, invoices, and vouchers.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
Typically requires a high school education or equivalent with 7 - 10 years of experience.
Advanced level education preferred.
Knowledge of basic functions with spreadsheet software such as Lotus or Excel.
Proficient in mathematics.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
