Your new team This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. Your unique contribution You will have 3 main areas of responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis Responsible for supporting the team with preparation, analysis and submission of Monthly Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Forecasting and Budgeting for EMEA Travel Retail entities (1 direct and 5 indirect) Responsible for providing timely, accurate and relevant financial analysis for entities within the and issue commentaries packs on A&P Costs. Active contribution in analysis and reviewing assumptions for sales reduction (i.e.: promotional support, pricing rebates, etc) Full P&L analysis and LE/Budget submission for allocated B3 affiliates Calculate and post every month, the accruals for all EMEA Travel Retail A&P investments Reconcile balance sheet accounts and data validation in the systems used Review accrual ageing and flag any risks or over accruals Provide pricing analyst rebates channels split for budget assumptions Business Insights Act as a business partner to the wider Finance & Sales teams – while also directly supporting the marketing teams as the Travel Retail EMEA A&P subject matter expert. Liaise with the marketing and sales teams for the computation of the EMEA Travel Retail AP Costs By closely liaising with the marketing and sales teams maintain the A&P project matrix Analyse brand and customer performance, review of negative margins and work and take corrective action ROI on promotions and activations Marketing PO’s creation Process Improvements Make agile Ways of Working the core engine of planning and monitoring performance through adoption & championing of new tools & solutions Support the team & wider business transformation journey through development & adaption of reporting & analysis in line with new tools & methodology. Actively participate in solution development & reconciliation – leveraging new tools & becoming an advocate for solutions while also communicate feedback & future room for improvement.
