Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all dealership customers
- Assist customers with their inquiries, both in person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Stock and organize inventory shelves
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals for customers
- Utilize Excel or other software to track inventory and sales data
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform calculations accurately
