To ensure success as a Travel Support Organizer you should be able to display exceptional client service skills and the ability to support customers in a timely manner and will work within the travel industry as a trained Travel Professional.

Follow up with clients to ensure that any reported issues have been resolved before, during, or after travel. Respond professionally and timely to client incoming phone calls, emails, or other communications.
Organize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients. Make reservations on behalf of clients for flights, car rental, lodging, excursions, and activities while ensuring the clients' preferences are met.
Must have a computer and / or cell phone with access to WIFI. Willingness to receive and implement feedback. Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail, 18 and coachable, strong organizational skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Benefits : No experience necessary.
