The position, Manager – Land Data/Analytics will lead a team of analysts who provide analytical support for the WFS Global Land organization. Responsibilities will include leading the reporting and insight development processes in support of our Sales, Operations, Logistics and Supply organization.   Working with key stakeholders to document the analytical needs and translate those into a project roadmap and team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).  The manager will serve as an evangelist for analytics across the Land organization and drive significant value by merging data and analytics into the business strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, Finance, Statistics or equivalent
•  4+ years in an analytics organization with experience using Tableau, PowerBI or Alteryx
• Familiarity with traditional and emerging database technologies including data visualization tools, cloud technologies, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Program management experience and ability to positively embrace change and be a change agent
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies, interface with IT and other internal stakeholders regarding the organization and structuring of WFS data
• Serve as an enterprise-level thought leader as it relates to data warehousing, data preparation, data visualization, machine learning, artificial intelligence and monetarization of analytics
• Prior experience using SQL, Python and/or R
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Experience applying industry best practices, analytical frameworks, process improvement tools, methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques
• Experience with customer journey-mapping techniques and/or other tools and structured methodologies focused on improving the customer experience
• Demonstrable experience working effectively across organizational silos to achieve tangible business results
• Experience driving change in a customer-facing business area / the customer experience
• Superior communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills
