Gym Receptionists
World Gym is a Houston, TX based company that provides a wide range of services to the fitness community. We are looking for motivated, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team.
Job Description:
- Customer service is the focus of this position. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing members. You will be the liaison between our membership sales team and our fitness community.
- Cleaning of gym equipment
- You will be responsible for answering questions regarding, classes and reservations, amenities available, and assisting with guest check in process.
- You will also perform basic research on our products and services to provide our members with information about and benefits of: classes, Hydromassage, and more.
- You will work with our membership team to ensure that we provide an ongoing positive member experience.
- This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be self motivated and driven to go above standards.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Must be able to work various hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift over 25lbs repeatedly.
