Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled technical project manager to join our growing M365 program team. You will be responsible for managing technical delivery workstreams within our M365 Program under the guidance of our program management team.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End project lifecycle management on a global scale as well as management of technical resources and vendors
- Working in a fast-paced Agile environment you will be able to manage projects to tight timescales and deliver on time and to budget
- Focusing on the end-user experience of the end-to-end delivery is paramount
- Agile delivery of projects
- Capture user requirements and work with the engineering team to turn them into clear actionable user stories and deliverables
- Managing and maintaining governance routines, budgets, and plans to a high standard
- Delivery of management reporting and status updates to all levels of senior leadership
Experience
- Extensive project management experience within a technical environment (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in working with a range of technical teams of multi-discipline and vendor
- Matrix management of global teams
- Presenting and Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation creation and delivery
- Experience in Agile delivery (SCRUM), backlog creation, and iterative delivery
- Ability to produce and maintain high-quality plans, action logs, risk trackers, etc.
- Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Worked in Financial Services – investment/corporate/retail banking
- Experience in a multi-platform environment
- Previous experience in deploying M365 Products and services
- Worked in a Global Corporate in a similar role
- Agile qualification
