The Role:

Craft Worldwide is seeking an Associate Director Operational Finance for a highly operational role focused on driving financial and operational rigor across our global studios. Key responsibilities will include: working closely with Finance SVP and cross-functional leaders to design, track, and analyze the processes and KPIs driving our business, global benchmarking, rate cards, management reporting, and strong partnerships with local and regional finance teams for planning & coordination.

 

 

What You Will Do:

The Associate Director Operational Finance for Craft Worldwide will be required to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build operationally-driven allocation methodology for centralized cost base
  • Partner with production and production finance to establish global internal and external rate cards for diverse service offerings
  • Partner with FP&A on planning, estimate updates, month/quarter close reporting
  • Partner with operations to assess current processes, and design and implement dynamic on-going measurement systems (e.g. labor utilization)
  • Design, implement, and own quarterly billing, reporting, and analysis packages to ensure repeatability, timeliness, accuracy, and transparency for all stakeholders
  • Partner with leadership, tech, data, and operations teams to build and maintain KPI dashboards that will enhance and support decision-making
  • Partner with technology and operations to assess financial implications of new systems and assist in cross-studio rollout planning
  • Provide financial support and thought-partnership for operations on special projects and end-to-end business solutions
  • Create documentation and SOPs for financial processes to ensure business continuity and audit preparedness
  • Partner with growth to operationalize the development of financial models and tools in support of growth targets.

 

 

Who You Will Be:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of progressive experience in operational finance or corporate FP&A including planning, budget management, pacing, and variance analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and draw meaningful conclusions from large data sets derived from diverse sources and systems
  • Strong financial and operational modeling skills with experience designing and creating insightful management reporting to enhance decision-making
  • Familiarity with content production and associated tools that support broad spectrum of activity across channels and media
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite and exceptional MS Excel skills
  • Experience with enterprise GL systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
