The Role
The Material Support Manager is responsible for maintaining sufficient inventory, and handling and processing aircraft material as required by the Company, while managing a team of material support personnel. This candidate will report to the Director of Maintenance and the CEO.
Is this a remote position?
This is not a remote position. Candidates will report for duty at our Phoenix (Deer Valley) AZ office.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Manage a team of material support personnel
- Research new vendors and contracts
- Negotiate discounts
- Search for parts and materials
- Order parts
- Issue PO’s, sales orders, and invoices
- Manage inventory at several locations
- Perform inventory reconciliation
- Understand and manage shelf-life limited material
- Understand and manage limited aircraft parts
- Work with multiple shipping companies
- Work with the Director of Aircraft Maintenance and other management as necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a working knowledge of Corridor Aviation Software
- Knowledge of hazmat shipping and handling
- Familiar with ESDS and preventative procedures
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally travel for meetings, audits, or projects
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Must possess a valid clean driver’s license that is insurable by the Company
